Develop an on-board intelligent system with an integrated relay section to interface
the on-board computer with various subsystems using high-speed standard communication protocols.
Key Features :
Monitoring command/response of subsystems through 1553B/RS422.
Switching on/off of subsystems through relay switching.
Operating pyro devices by providing supplies through relay switching.
Monitoring battery status and supply values.
Monitoring pyro lines' live status.
Qualifying design to MIL-STD-461E/F/G, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-344A & JSS-0256 standards.
Uses ZYNQ (SoC/FPGA) for guidance through RS422, Ethernet & MIL-1553B protocols.
Provides I/O resources for real-time data exchange.
Uses current source for real-time monitoring of pyro live status.
Upgrades missile interface unit & pyro relay box section into a single unit to reduce missile size and decrease subsystems.
The project involves collaboration with Research Center Imarat.
