MISSILE HARDWARE SIMULATOR
The hardware missile simulator will generate missile like environment for OBC, MLP and RRU. It receives input commands from OBC, MLP and external voltages from RRU and
it indicates availability of external voltage by LED. It also simulates interlocks/internal status using Toggle switches. It provides 3 inputs to simulate 3 On-board thermal batteries by connecting DC Power supplies. It also uses PSRU circuit to simulate all on-board relays, diode steering logic and voltage dividers.
Based on the resources, the architecture is planned with multiple boards. This distributed architecture will reduce the form factor of each board and has ease in maintenance. The system shall have the following cards:
Power Supply Card (PSC)
FPGA Board
With ADCs, DIP’S and DOP’s.
Relay Card
With Relays and High Density Connectors
